1.How could I pay them?
T/T,L/C,Western Union ,Credit Card,PayPal are acceptable.
2.How to pack the moulds and products?
For moulds, we will coat one-layer anti-rust oil first, and then cover thin films on the mould, finally pack it into free-fumigation wooden case.And for products, we will pack them with standard export cartons or pack as per customer’s request.
3. What should we do if we receive defective products?
Once receive defective product, please send us the photos, we will feedback to our engineers and QC departments and solve the problems ASAP
4.Do you provide design service? I have an idea for a new products,but I don't know whether it can be realized.
